ZS Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer alternatively referred to as a lifting-Type top mixing and homogenizeing vacuum homogenizer, is a compact integrated vacuum mixing system developed by CYJX.

Key Features

Working volume: 50-1000Liter.
Suitable for the cosmetic products of 30000-100000cps viscosity.
Efficiency: Shorter batch time compared with ZB series vacuum emulsifying mixer without hydraulics; top
homogenizer is easier to disassemble and clean than bottom homogenizer.
Homogenization: Adopts top homogenizer; also functions as a transfer pump for discharging finished products.
Durability: The jacket can be used for cooling, but if the jacket uses heat transfer oil as the heating medium, the jacket cannot be used for cooling.
Mixing system: Scraper mixing with Teflon scraper blades.
Speed control: Variable speed for both homogenizer and agitator.
Integrated functions: Combines mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, vacuum, heating and cooling in one unit.

Temperature control: Three layers with jacket (available for steam and electric heating); double temperature probes and controllers for heating.
Vacuum & discharge: Vacuum system to remove air bubbles and transfer ingredients; compressed air to assist cream discharge.
Hygiene & compliance: All contact parts are made of SS316L and mirror polished.
Cleaning: Spray ball for connecting to customer’s CIP system; complies with cGMP regulations.
Operation & power: User-friendly push buttons control panel or PLC+HMI system.
Power supply: 380V, 50Hz, 3 Phase, or can be adjusted based on your location.

Electronic Pressure Gauge

Chiller

Featuring a jacket connectable to an external chiller system. The jacket water external circulation rapidly regulates temperature, which significantly shortens production batches for faster cycle times.
Rotor Pump

Rotor pump can be installed at the discharge port for material output, and it can also be used for liquid feeding (material loading).
Heating System

The heating medium inside the jacket may be tap water or thermal oil (all models in this series utilize electric heating). If a steam system is required, steam pipelines and valves need to be additionally installed.
