ZEx Ex-Proof Vacuum Homogenizer Mixer (without Hydraulics) is a fixed-type explosion-proof vacuum emulsifier designed for safe and efficient production. It combines fixed explosion-proof performance with hydraulic-free simplicity.

  • Suitable for the cosmetic products of 10000-100000cps viscosity.
  • Explosion-proof Design: Dual explosion-proof motors, electric control box and cables effectively isolate safety hazards in flammable and explosive environments, suitable for hazardous materials like alcohol.
  • Homogenization: Adopts bottom entry internal homogenizer or the homogenizer with pipes for external emulsification and homogenization; also functions as a transfer pump for discharging finished products.
  • Durability: The jacket can be used for cooling, but if the jacket uses heat transfer oil as the heating medium, the jacket cannot be used for cooling.
  • Mixing system: Scraper mixing with Teflon scraper blades; customized mixing impellers are available to meet specific process requirements.
  • Speed control: Variable speed for both homogenizer and agitator.
  • Integrated functions: Combines mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, vacuum, heating and cooling in one unit.
  • Temperature control: Three layers with jacket (available for steam and electric heating); double temperature probes and controllers for heating.
  • Vacuum & discharge: Vacuum system to remove air bubbles and transfer ingredients; compressed air to assist cream discharge.
  • Hygiene & compliance: All contact parts are made of SS316L and mirror polished.
  • Spray ball: For connecting to customer’s CIP system; complies with cGMP regulations.
  • Operation & power: User-friendly push buttons control panel or PLC+HMI system (Explosion-proof Design).
  • Power supply: 380V, 50Hz, 3 Phase, or can be adjusted based on your location.

  • Weighing Module

    Domestic weighing solution or Mettler Toledo weighing solution,includes high-precision load cell sensors, a heavy-duty weighing scale, and a specialized digital display screen mounted on the electrical control box.

  • PLC + HMI

    Control cabinet upgraded to PLC+HMI intelligent operating system, supporting intelligent interaction and linkage with chiller,rotor pump.

  • Electronic Pressure Gauge

    Higher accuracy than conventional pressure gauges.

  • Chiller

    Featuring a jacket connectable to an external chiller system and fully linkable with a PLC system. The jacket water external circulation rapidly regulates temperature, which significantly shortens production batches for faster cycle times.

  • Rotor Pump

    Rotor pump can be installed at the discharge port for material output, and it can also be used for liquid feeding (material loading).

     

  • Heating System

    The heating medium inside the jacket may be tap water or thermal oil (all models in this series utilize electric heating). If a steam system is required, steam pipelines and valves need to be additionally installed.
