ZS Lab Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer

ZS Lab Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer is ideal for R&D of cosmetics, food and fine chemicals. Featuring a double-layer glass vessel for clear reaction observation, it is equipped with a top high-shear homogenizer.

  • Double-layer glass reactor: Operating temperature up to 300℃, allows clear observation of material reaction; can be switched to stainless steel reactor.
  • Hygiene & compliance: All contact parts are made of SS316L and mirror polished.
  • Working volume: 1/2/5/10Liter.
  • Suitable for the cosmetic products of 0-10000cps viscosity.
  • Vacuum & discharge: Equipped with vacuum system for defoaming; vacuum degree up to -0.097 MPa, ensuring denser, glossier product structure and hygienic aseptic condition.
  • Homogenization: Adopts top-mounted homogenizer with digital display emulsifier motor; speed 4000–30000 rpm, with timer function.
  • Durability: The jacket can be used for cooling, but if the jacket uses heat transfer oil as the heating medium, the jacket cannot be used for cooling.
  • Mixing system: Scraper mixing with Teflon scraper blades.
  • Speed control: Variable speed for both homogenizer and agitator.
  • Integrated functions: Combines mixing, emulsifying, homogenizing, vacuum, heating in one unit.
  • Temperature control: Double layers with jacket; double temperature probes and controllers for heating.
  • Hygiene & compliance: All contact parts are made of SS316L and mirror polished.
